Joint Action to protect people’s welfare
A joint meeting of the following political parties against State and Central Governments’ anti-people policies and to highlight the policies concerning the welfare of the people, was held on 27-07-2015 at Chennai.

The Punjab State Secretariat of the Communist Party Of India (Marxist) has strongly condemned the terrorist attack at Dina Nagar police station killing seven persons including S. P. (Detective), Baljit Singh and three security personnel and three citizens and wounding 10 others.

In a public meeting organised by the CPI (M) at Erode (TN) on 22-07-2015, Com. Prakash Karat came out with a scathing attack on the scams that were slipping out of the cupboards of the Modi government, one by one within a short span of one year. Here is the gist of his speech:
An incident related to law & order was deliberately communalized by the Viswa Hindu Parishad , Bajrang Dal and other communal outfits. Bandh imposed on July 21, 2015 on the people of Jamshedpur by the Viswa Hindu Parishad and the vandalism indulged in by its activists has further worsened the situation

CPI(M) Tripura state committee appeals to the masses to be cautious about the divisive politics of RSS and BJP on one hand and IPFT and INPT on the other. Briefing the press on the deliberations of the one day meeting of the state committee, state secretary Bijan Dhar said that the party will intensify it's political, organisational and ideological work to effectively counter these menaces.

The CPI(M), Delhi State Committee strongly opposes the decision of the Kejriwal government to increase VAT on petrol and diesel. This will fuel inflation and increase prices of essential goods, especially vegetables, grain, fruit, edible oil etc. The cost will be paid by none other than the aam aadmi.
