CPI(M) Raising Funds for the Health Care of Visakhapatnam Agency Tribals

CPI(M) activists have been collecting funds to provide medicines and health care for the tribals suffering from Malaria epidemic in Visakhapatnam. Many people and small traders have responded with provisions, rice, pulses etc.

CPI(M) started free meal centres in the tribal region. It is also planning to provide free food to the patients in the PHCs (primary health centres) of the tribal region. The fund and provision collection is meant to provide food in these centres.

CPI(M) state secretariat member CH. Narasinga Rao, Visakha district secretary Lokanatham and other participated in the fund raising campaign. The campaign is also meant to raise awareness of the problem among the wider public.
