July 19 saw a massive rally of tens of thousands of people in Mumbai led jointly by Ambedkarite and Left parties and groups. It marched a distance of over 7 Km in drenching rain from Jijamata Udyan at Byculla to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Railway Terminus (CST) and culminated in a huge public meeting that entirely blocked the massive square between CST and Azad Maidan for over two hours, throwing all traffic in South Mumbai haywire.
On August 1, 2015, the CPI (M) Maharashtra state committee organised an impressive rally of over 10,000 people as part of the nationwide campaign against the anti-people and pro-corporate policies, communal conspiracies and corruption scandals of the BJP-led Modi regime at the Centre, and the BJP-led Phadnavis regime in the State.
A massive Rally was organised by Four Left Parties CPI, CPI(M), CPM Punjab & CPI(ML) Liberation at Dussehra Grounds, Phase-8, Mohali, just on the outskirts of Chandigarh, today to protest against the anti-people policies of the Badal led Akali-BJP government in Punjab and Modi led NDA government at the centre.
At the culmination of the four all India jathas conducted by the Communist Party of India (Marxist) from Kanyakumari, Kolkata, Amritsar and Mumbai to Delhi, the Party is holding a Sangarsh Sandesh Rally at the Ramlila Maidan, Delhi, on March 19 at 11.30 a.m.
