Discussions on the Draft Report on Organisation and the Draft Resolution
on Organisation concluded today.  13 delegates spoke in the forenoon
session today.

The following were the 20 delegates who spoke in the afternoon of December
29: Dinanath Singh (Uttar Pradesh), Gulam Nabi Mallick (Jammu & kashmir),
Jatin Naik (Goa), T N Seema (Kerala),  Divyajyoti Das (West Bengal),
Jharna Das (Tripura), Arumuga Nayanar (Tamilnadu), Jyoti (Telangana), Rama
Devi (Andhra Pradesh), Ahmed Ali (Bihar), Varalakshmi (Karnataka),
Sukhwinder Singh (Punjab), Suprakash Talukdar (Assam), Mariam Dhawale
(Maharashtra), Santosh Das (Odisha), Ziaur Alam (West Bengal), Amal
Chakrabarthy (Tripura), Ajit (Maharashtra) and Amiya Patra (West Bengal).

The following 13 delegates spoke in the forenoon today: K.N. Balagopal
(Kerala), Balabarathi (Tamilnadu), A.R. Sindhu (Centre), Viplab Majumdar
(Centre), Thirunavakkarasu (Centre), Malini Bhattacharjee (Centre), Abhay
Mukherjee (Centre), Ritabrata Majumdar (Centre), Mamata (Centre),
Kiranchandra (Centre), Leela (Centre), Amit Sengupta (Centre), M.B. Rajesh
(Centre) & Sivadasan (Centre).

A total of 62 delegates participated in the discussion over three days.

In the afternoon session on December 29 a resolution on the Achievements
of the Left Front Government of Tripura was moved by Brinda Karat and
seconded by G Ramakrishnan. Today a resolution on the Situation in West
Bengal was moved today by Kodiyeri Balakrishnan and seconded by Ashok
Dhawale. Both these resolutions as also a resolution to Observe the
Centenary Year of the Great October Socialist Revolution, moved yesterday,
were adopted.


The Draft Report on Organisation and the Draft Resolution on Organisation
will be placed for adoption in the concluding session tomorrow morning,
following the replies to the discussions on these two documents.
