Discussions on the Draft Report on Organisation and the Draft Resolution on Organisation continued for the second day today. On the first day a total of 19 delegates spoke. Today 10 delegates spoke in the forenoon.

Das (Andaman & Nicobar), Harev Bains (U.K), Kulwant Deshi (Canada), K K Ragesh (Kerala), Jiten Chaudhury (Tripura) and Rama Biswas (West Bengal).
Today the following delegates spoke in the forenoon: G.N. Nagraj (Karnataka), Sudarshan (Telangana), Ajay Kumar (Bihar), Ashok Tiwary (Madhya Pradesh), Pragjibhai Bhambi (Gujarat), Surajit Sinha (Jharkhand), Kushal Bharadwaj (Himachal Pradesh), B. Sanyal (Chattisgarh), Vijai Rawat (Uttarakhand) and Sarat Salam (Manipur).
The discussion on the report and resolution will continue in the afternoon session and tomorrow also.
A separate resolution to “Observe the Centenary Year of the Great October Socialist Revolution” was also moved in the morning session. The draft of the resolution was moved by M.A. Baby and was seconded by R. Arun Kumar.
